1 Hiro Shige Pearl Won once this prep at Mizusawa two runs back. Capable of racing on speed and drawn the rails. Can’t dismiss.
2 S'embrase Short back-up of six days and this campaign's form has left a lot to be desired. Has genuine early speed. Not the worst.
3 Taisei Natura On a seven day back-up. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Has two placings from six runs this prep. Go well.
4 Kashino Forward Last start winner to break maiden at Mizusawa. Capable of racing on speed and Shinobu Murakami has had success aboard previously. Commands respect.
5 Ken Ryujo On a seven day back-up. Has genuine early speed and has two placings from 10 runs this prep. Perfectly placed.
6 Old Bomber Short back-up of six days. Capable of racing on speed but has not won at Mizusawa previously. Not in this.
7 Wolf Veloce Struggled so far this preparation. Looks the leader but has not won at Mizusawa previously. Unlikely.
8 Tell Me Has had 23 runs without breaking maiden. Looks the leader but without a win in 17 runs at Mizusawa. Appears safely held.
9 Tosen Laura On a six day back-up. Capable of racing on speed but just the one placing this campaign at Mizusawa. Looking elsewhere.
